TestView is designed so that Administrators can maintain the system themselves and can import their own test scores immediately, without having to rely on an outside vendor. Exceptions can be resolved easily using TestView's unique imports resolution tool. TestView's design gives administrators the assurance that test scores will be presented and analyzed in a statistically accurate manner. Test data is useless if it is not interpreted immediately.

The flexibility of the framework allows support of new test types. If a district utilizes their own benchmark test, VC3 can modify TestView to support the new tests.
