Before TestView, if an exit grade level teacher (5th, 8th, 12th ) was curious about how her students did on their final exams, perhaps to measure her own effectiveness as a teacher, it was difficult to access the information. In September, her students would be moving on to another school, and all of that paperwork would be transferred to that new school.

After TestView, the teacher simply logs on to TestView and reviews a summary of the students' historical academic performance. She is able to assess for herself how effective she has been as a teacher with a particular class or particular student, year after year.
