VC3 Hires Tom Winterstein as Senior Vice President of its new Academic Services Division

COLUMBIA, SC - VC3, Inc. announced today the appointment of Tom Winterstein to Senior Vice President - Academic Services. In this position, Winterstein will be responsible for launching the company's new Academic Services Division and the national rollout of VC3's award-winning TestView product line.
TestView, an Internet-based software solution developed over the past five years to meet the assessment and standardized test reporting needs of South Carolina school districts, integrates standardized test score data with student, class, and teacher data. The web browser-based tool allows users at the district, school, and classroom levels to quickly and easily track, chart, and manage student, teacher, school and district performance data. The latest release of TestView incorporates the PlanView module that automates the identification, creation and tracking of mandated academic plans.
