The TestView Users Group meeting was held in Columbia, SC on July 21, 2005. Users and invited guests were able to see the new features and functions of version 4.0 set for general release on August 1.

Academic Plans

Test score projections – the projections graph has been changed to a bar-line graph hybrid for readability. Projections data has also been updated to reflect the most recent NWEA projections.

Custom batch creation – Plans will be able to be created in bulk based on user-defined criteria.

Bulk deletion – Plans will be able to be deleted in bulk to simplify plan management.

Curriculum goals – Will not appear on plan if they are blank.

Status tracking – to support new SDE requirements for academic plans

Status, end of year consequence, and end of summer school consequence will be tracked for each subject area.

District can set default initial status for plans generated in a batch.

For second year plans, (applicable for 2006-2007 plans) a plan can be generated for those students whose end-of-year/summer school consequence was set to Retained or other values defined by district.
